These units offer differing experiences, so you can test the waters and see which one you prefer! Pack, Troop, and Crew 7 are chartered by the Friends of Smithfield Scouting. The Smithfield Rotary Club charters Troop 3, Ship 37, and Crew 37. The Friends of Smithfield Scouting (FOSS) endeavors to support all local Smithfield Scouting Units to ensure that no scouts is turned away due to an inability to pay.
